{"id":6770,"date":"2023-11-28T16:50:22","date_gmt":"2023-11-28T15:50:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irsa.cnr.it\/wp\/?p=6628"},"modified":"2024-01-09T11:45:25","modified_gmt":"2024-01-09T10:45:25","slug":"settimana-mondiale-per-luso-prudente-degli-antibiotici-il-contributo-dellirsa-in-campo-ambientale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www-stage.ba.irsa.cnr.it\/?p=6770","title":{"rendered":"Settimana mondiale per l\u2019uso prudente degli antibiotici: il contributo del CNR-IRSA in campo ambientale."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/antibiotic.ecdc.europa.eu\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>European Antibiotic Awareness Day<\/em><\/a>, (18\/11) e la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/campaigns\/world-amr-awareness-week\/2023#:~:text=Preventing%20Antimicrobial%20Resistance%20Together&amp;text=WAAW%20is%20celebrated%20from%2018,It%20affects%20us%20all.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>World AMR Awareness Week<\/em><\/a> (18-24\/11) sono dedicate all\u2019uso consapevole degli antibiotici per limitare lo sviluppo di forme batteriche resistenti, con conseguente inefficacia delle terapie antibiotiche.<\/p>\n<p>Gli antibiotici, una volta somministrati, sono solo parzialmente metabolizzati dagli individui trattati e arrivano attraverso i liquami negli impianti di trattamento delle acque. Questi non sono in grado di rimuovere gli antibiotici efficacemente e pertanto questi giungono, attraverso gli effluenti, alle acque superficiali. La possibilit\u00e0 che l\u2019acqua, contenente residui di antibiotici e batteri antibiotico-resistenti, sia utilizzata a scopo potabile o irriguo, genera un rischio di selezione e diffusione di antibiotico-resistenza. Anche il letame animale, utilizzato in agricoltura, pu\u00f2 essere un\u2019ulteriore fonte di contaminazione ambientale da antibiotici e batteri antibiotico-resistenti nei suoli e nei vegetali edibili. L\u2019ambiente antropizzato (acque e suoli) diventa quindi un serbatoio a lungo termine di antibiotico-resistenze e rappresenta un rischio per la salute umana.<\/p>\n<p>Da diversi anni l\u2019IRSA \u00e8 impegnata nello studio del ciclo dell\u2019antibiotico-resistenza, con un focus specifico sugli ambienti acquatici e sui suoli(link pubblicazioni), supportando il Ministero dell&#8217;Ambiente (MASE) sia nella Cabina di Regia che nel Gruppo Tecnico di Lavoro del Piano Nazionale di Contrasto all\u2019Antibiotico Resistenza &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicentro.iss.it\/antibiotico-resistenza\/pncar-2022\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PNCAR 2022-2025<\/a>.
